The TNA tool looks at key aspects of the Enterprise Manager, Team Leader and Employee job roles so that the initial skills, concepts and attitudes can be effectively identified, and appropriate training can be specified.
The result of the TNA is a detailed report capturing the skills gaps. You will find out exactly what your employees need to know to achieve your organisational goals, where your current skills gaps are and how you can deliver training to upskill your employees.
