LEADER funded projects

Facilitate's Training Manager and Training Needs Analyser (TNA) are part funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development - delivered by the Norfolk Local Action Group through the 'LEADER' approach.

Working in the training sector, it has become apparent that businesses manage their staff training records in many ways, varying from a simple excel spreadsheet up to paying thousands for a bespoke system. This presented us with an exciting opportunity to develop a customer relationship management (CRM) system which will help businesses of all sizes to manage their staff training records easily. This project will also create a piece of software to form an online Training Needs Analysis tool that businesses can use across the country.
